ShotTrack is a personal basketball practice app. It works without an account, and your practice data stays on your device.
No account
ShotTrack does not ask you to register, sign in or provide a name, email address or any other identifier to use the app.
What stays on your device
Everything ShotTrack records is written to local storage on your phone or tablet:
- Saved session history, including makes, attempts, shooting percentage, streaks and session duration.
- Your settings, such as ball style, colour theme, appearance, feedback sounds and power mode.
- Your progress over time, which is calculated from those saved sessions.
Microphone
If you grant microphone permission, ShotTrack listens for the wake phrase “shot track” and the commands “start”, “stop”, “hit” and “miss”. That audio is processed on your device by an on-device recognition model.
In normal release behaviour, microphone audio is not transmitted off your device and is not retained after it has been processed. Only the resulting hit or miss is recorded in your session.
Microphone permission can be revoked at any time in your device settings. ShotTrack continues to work with large touch controls for start, stop, hit and miss.
No advertising, analytics or cloud
The app contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking software, no cloud account and no cloud sync. Your sessions are not uploaded anywhere.
Deleting your data
You can delete individual saved sessions inside the app. Removing ShotTrack from your device removes the app data stored locally, subject to your operating system's own backup and restore behaviour — if a device backup includes app data, that data can return when the backup is restored.
Support email
If you email support, the information you choose to send — including your email address and anything in your message — is received only so Bruntz Creative can respond to you, and is kept only as long as needed to resolve your question. Please do not send microphone recordings or sensitive personal information.
This website
This website uses no advertising and no marketing analytics. The hosting infrastructure that delivers the site may process ordinary request information — such as IP address, timestamp, requested address and browser user agent — as needed to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
