Terms of use
ShotTrack, published by Bruntz Creative. Last updated 3 August 2026.
What ShotTrack is
ShotTrack is a basketball practice and record-keeping aid. It records the makes and misses you call out, and shows them back to you as percentages, streaks and session history. It is not coaching advice, medical advice, or an officiating or scoring system.
Practising safely is your responsibility
You remain responsible for your own safety and for the conditions you practise in — the court surface, the weather, your equipment, your headset, your physical condition and anyone around you. Decisions you make during or after a session, including how hard or how long you train, remain yours.
What is not guaranteed
ShotTrack does not guarantee that:
- voice commands will always be recognised, or recognised correctly;
- the app will run without interruption or error on every device;
- recorded statistics will be complete or accurate; or
- using the app will improve your shooting.
Background noise, headset quality and device performance all affect recognition. Check anything that matters to you, and use the touch controls whenever you want certainty.
Free and “as available”
ShotTrack is provided free of charge and on an “as available” basis. Bruntz Creative may update, change or discontinue features, and may stop publishing the app.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, warranties that are not expressly stated here are excluded, and Bruntz Creative's liability arising from your use of ShotTrack is limited.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified — including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a guarantee applies and cannot be excluded, Bruntz Creative's liability is limited to resupplying the app or paying the cost of resupply, to the extent the law allows.
Your data
Sessions and settings are stored on your device. How that works is described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Australian law, and nothing in them limits any protection you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one published at this address, with the date shown above.
